palm LED light on all the time - cannot access Palm m500 en>fr fr>en

My battery was very low so I put my Palm m500 in the cradle and the LED light came on as usual. The next morning I removed it from the cradle and the LED light stayed on. Since then I cannot access the palm. I cannot hot sync. I cannot soft reset or hard reset. It seems totally un-responsive. Has anyone come across this problem and is there a way to resolve it? |
