I tried to perform a hot sync operation on my Palm Zire this morning and received a fatal alert message. The only thing that would have updated was my calender and my memos. The unit is stuck on the Fatal Alert Screen with Fatal Exception written underneath and a reset button that does not work. Any help would be very much appreciated as I am not that proficient with PCs.
